Portrait #3

A finished product of my teacher's portrait. Notice how he just pops out of the darkness and how I summarized his hat so your eyes would have to fill in the rest. I erased some of the blackness to make the tie and then all of a sudden...BOOM... you can see what type of shirt he is wearing, your eyes fill in the rest.

#1 of 5 portraits

This is a portrait of my mom which is the first of my five portraits I am to do. I am doing a set of five portraits of people I never want to forget like my mom, dad, brother, friend Jay, and my teacher Mr. Schick.
They all will be done in charcoal.

Christmas Present for my Padre

So for one of my father's Christmas presents, I spent all week painting a picture of his boat, Wit's End. He really deserves something like this for his present because he works so hard for my family. The painting is in oil paint.
